Nowadays there are hundreds of options. Traditional Spain means chocolate con churros. The country has a long tradition with chocolate, being the first to bring it from their colonial America and produced only as a treat for rich and powerful of the time

Thick, black and hot and always with churros. Long and thick as Porras in Madrid  (where they come from) are essentially dough fried with oil and with sugar on top of them. Hearty food but really delicious  (always dipped in chocalate
